1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • A full refund will be processed for canceled orders.
  • After Shipment:

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to our Return and Exchange Policy).

  • Product Returns:
