Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 days of being placed. You can expect delivery within 7 working days from the shipping date.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
What if I receive a damaged product?
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange my saree?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Who bears the shipping cost for returns?
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, COD is available for selected pin codes within India.
